The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing
comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand position, identity, and assets.
The role will possess a blend of strategic thinking, creative vision and
mission, and analytical skills to drive brand growth and ensure brand
consistency across all touchpoints.

* Develop and implement strategic brand plans to establish and maintain brand
position in the market
* Define and articulate brand identity, including brand values, personality,
and messaging, to resonate with target audiences
* Oversee the creation and management of brand assets, including logos,
taglines, visual elements, and brand guidelines
* Ensure adherence to brand governance standards across all marketing and
communication materials, both internal and external
* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends,
customer insights, and opportunities for brand growth
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product
marketing, and sales, to integrate brand strategies into overall business
objectives
* Monitor and analyse brand performance metrics, such as brand awareness,
brand equity, and customer perception, and adjust strategies as needed
* Serve as a brand ambassador and advocate for our core brand internally and
externally, fostering a culture of brand excellence and innovation
* Manage the relationship and collaborate with other core brands in the Group
to leverage synergies and share resources
* Lead and inspire team members to foster a culture of creativity,
innovation, and excellence in brand management
* Actively work and support projects but not limited in the JD
