80Establishment of the project work breakdown structure (WBS) and commodity codes.
80Reporting to PM all sources of contract expenditures against the appropriate budget allocations for the specific project.
80Forecasting the anticipated final project costs for the approval of the PM using reports and analyses of the staff-hour reports, financial commitments and field progress evaluations.
80Preparing all necessary cost reports for the COMPANY and the PM.
80Reviewing all sub-CONTRACTOR billings prior to submission to the PM.
80Analyzing contract documents to ensure complete knowledge of CONTRACTOR obligations so that contract scope changes can be recognized, isolated, and reported to the PM for appropriate action. This responsibility extends to both home office and field change orders.
80Maintaining the Change Request Register utilizing the project Change Management process.
